Jellied meat or bone broths, which contain a large amount of collagen, will be useful for restoring joints. In folk medicine, freshly squeezed root juice of the plant is widely used for medicinal purposes, as well as infusions, decoctions of herbs, seeds and root vegetables. That is, any part of celery can be used as a medicinal and medicinal raw material.

Lemons and celery treat arthritis

Take 500 grams of lemons and celery root, grind in a meat grinder and add 500 grams of honey. Stir and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. Take the mixture without interruption until it runs out. Then take a break for 2 weeks and repeat the course one more time.

Infusion for rheumatism, gout, joint pain

Pour 1 tablespoon of fresh celery roots into two cups of boiling water. Leave for 4 hours, then strain. Take one tablespoon 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Infusion for the treatment of neuroses

Wash and peel the root of the plant, pass through a meat grinder. Pour thirty-four grams of the resulting raw material into one liter of boiling water. Let it sit for 8 hours, then strain. Take 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day.

For the treatment of gastritis

Pass fresh, well-washed roots through a meat grinder. Squeeze out the mass. Take the resulting juice 1-2 teaspoons 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. Do not store the juice; prepare fresh juice daily.

For the treatment of skin diseases

Grind the washed horses and leaves. Pour one tablespoon of crushed raw materials with a glass of boiling water. Leave for 4 hours, strain. Use the infusion externally to wash the affected areas of the skin.

For the treatment of diabetes

Pour 15–20 grams of chopped celery roots or herb into 200 ml of water, put on low heat and boil for 15 minutes (herb) or 30 minutes (roots). Cool the broth, strain and take 2-3 tablespoons 3-4 times a day.

Cold infusion for joint pain

Pour 1 tablespoon of fresh celery roots with cold water and leave for 4 hours. Take 1/3-1/4 tablespoons 3 times a day before meals.

For the treatment of urticaria

Grind the root of the plant. Take one tablespoon of raw material, brew it in 300 ml of boiling water and leave for 4 hours in a sealed container. Strain and take a tablespoon 3-4 times a day half an hour before meals.

Painkiller

Take freshly squeezed juice of the root vegetables of the plant 3 to 5 times a day, 1–2 teaspoons before meals. An excellent remedy for relieving pain due to inflammation of the prostate gland.

A decoction of parsley and celery for cracking joints

Take 100 grams of parsley and celery (roots and grass). Chop and boil for 5-7 minutes in 1/2 liter of water. Squeeze the juice from one lemon into the cooled broth, add two tablespoons of honey. Drink this portion in small sips throughout the day. The course of treatment is 1–2 months.

Celery has not yet become widespread in our country, but some summer residents grow it quite actively.

The root crops of the plant are preserved quite well in the cellar, but they should be covered with dry, fine sand. The foliage is perfectly stored in plastic bags at temperatures from 0 to +1 °C for about three months.   • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil.
  • Juice of half a lemon.
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method

:
